📌 Event Terms, Concert Changes & Liability

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎟️ 1. Tickets and Admission

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Entry is permitted only with a valid digital or printed ticket.
• Tickets may be transferred at the ticket holder’s own risk.
• The original purchaser and recipient are solely responsible for verifying the transfer and resolving any payment disputes, fraud, duplicate tickets, or unauthorized use.
• Tatvamasi Malayalee Samithi accepts no responsibility for any issue arising from a ticket transfer.
• Only the first valid ticket scanned at the venue will be accepted. Duplicate or previously scanned tickets will be denied entry without a refund.
• Wristbands will be issued at the venue and must be worn for entry and re-entry.

👶 2. Children Aged 5 and Under

• Children aged 5 and under may enter free of charge.
• Valid proof of age may be requested during security check-in. Digital proof will be accepted.
• A separate seat will not be allotted to a child entering free of charge. The child must sit on the accompanying adult’s lap.

💺 3. Seating and Seat Changes

• Seats will be assigned according to the date and time each booking is received.
• Separate or multiple bookings will not be combined or seated together, even when the bookings are for members of the same family or group.
• Tatvamasi Malayalee Samithi cannot guarantee that families or groups making separate bookings will be seated together.
• Requests to transfer or change assigned seats at the venue will not be accommodated by the organizers.
• Any seat exchange must be arranged directly between the respective ticket holders and is entirely their responsibility.
• The organizers are not responsible for arranging or resolving seat exchanges between ticket holders.
• Attendees must occupy only their assigned seats unless a seat exchange has been mutually agreed upon with the other ticket holder.

🔄 4. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation

• The organizers reserve the right to change the program, performer lineup, schedule, event date, time, venue, or seating arrangements when necessary.
• Changes may be made due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, technical issues, performer availability, public safety concerns, or regulatory requirements.
• If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, further instructions regarding the applicable ticket policy will be communicated to ticket holders.

🍽️ 5. Food, Beverages and Recording Equipment

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except when required for medical needs, infant care, or an accommodation approved by the venue.
• Food vendors will be available at the venue.
• Professional photography, videography, audio-recording equipment, and unauthorized recording are not permitted.

🛡️ 6. Security and Conduct

• Security will be managed by the venue’s security team.
• Attendees must cooperate with security personnel, organizers, volunteers, and venue staff.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is considered disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
• All attendees must comply with venue rules, applicable laws, and safety requirements.

🚫 7. Dancing Restrictions

• Dancing is not permitted inside the venue due to safety and venue requirements.
• Anyone who does not comply with this restriction may be removed from the venue without a refund.

📸 8. Photography and Video

• Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
• By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that their image may appear in photographs or recordings used for promotional and community-reporting purposes.
• Anyone with privacy concerns should speak with an organizer at the registration desk.

⚠️ 9. Personal Belongings and Assumption of Risk

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Tatvamasi Malayalee Samithi and the venue are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
• Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizers are not responsible for injury, illness, accident, delay, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
